Fill a blue, glass bottle with water and let it sit in the sun for an hour or so (don't use a metal cap, but any other will do). It is now charged with life affirming energy! Drink as you would regular water. You may also use it in the bath, for your plants, in your cooking, and however else you would use water. Share with others. Enjoy!
